We grant a 10-year guarantee against rotting of pressure-treated wood if the wooden supports and the ladder are placed on the feet provided and are not cut. The ladder must be anchored to the ground using ground anchors. In the event of a warranty claim, the purchase price will be reimbursed as a percentage of the warranty period, with coverage decreasing by 10% per year. If the warranty claim occurs after 5 years, we will deliver a new product at half price. The cost of replacing the wood or joints will not be reimbursed. Please note: accident prevention rules Despite our ten-year guarantee, you are required to check the stability of the ladder and the high seat every year. If necessary, you will have to carry out additional bracing or repairs.
